There are lots of tsethar animals in most of the jangthang places. Even though it is a very meritful act the animals has to go through a very hard life during their old age and dies horrlbly mostly during the winter time as they r unable to eat and unable to travel with the herd. The nomads has no choice but to leave the animals behind. So all of the tsethar animals there are bound to a cold and lonely death with empty stomach.
To rescue them from such fate we have initiated our tsethar old age home project on this auspicious day of lhabab duchen. We have imported about 200 old animals and brought them to leh where it is much warmer and they will get much better food. Our temporary shelter is set in chushot. The animals will be well fed and taken care of by our foundation until their natural death occurs.

དེ་ནི་བྱས་རྗེས་ཧ་ཅང་ཆེན་པོ་འཇོག་པའི་བྱ་སྤྱོད་ཅིག་ཡིན་མོད། འོན་ཀྱང་སྲོག་ཆགས་ཀྱི་ལོ་ན་རྒས་དུས་ངེས་པར་དུ་ཧ་ཅང་ཡ་ང་བའི་འཚོ་བ་སྐྱེལ་དགོས་པར་མ་ཟད། མང་ཆེ་བ་ཤི་བ་རེད། དགུན་ཁའི་དུས་ཚོད་ནང་ཁོང་ཚོས་ཟ་མ་ཟ་མི་ཐུབ་པ་དང་འབྲོག་ཁྱུ་དང་མཉམ་དུ་ཡུལ་སྐོར་ལ་འགྲོ་མི་ཐུབ། འབྲོག་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྲོག་ཆགས་དེ་དག་ཤུལ་དུ་བཞག་པ་ལས་གདམ་ག་གཞན་མེད། དེའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་དེ་རུ་ཡོད་པའི་སྲོག་ཆགས་ཚང་མ་གྲང་ངར་དང་ཁེར་རྐྱང་དུ་ལུས་ངེས་རེད། ཕོ་བ་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་འཆི་བར་འགྱུར། ང་ཚོས་ལས་དབང་འདི་འདྲའི་ཁྲོད་ནས་ཁོ་ཚོ་སྐྱོབ་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་ང་ཚོས་གྲོས་འགོ་བཏོན། བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ལྷ་བབས་དུས་ཆེན་ཉིན་བཟང་དེ་ལ་ལོ་ན་རྒས་པའི་ཁྱིམ་གཞིས་རྣམ་གྲངས། ང་ཚོས་ཧ་ལམ་སྲོག་ཆགས་རྒས་པ་200ཙམ་ནང་འདྲེན་བྱས་ནས་དེ་དག་མང་བའི་གནས་སུ་འཁྱེར་ཡོང་བ་ཡིན། སྔར་ལས་དྲོན་པོ་ཡིན་ན་ཁོ་ཚོར་ཟས་རིགས་མང་པོ་ཐོབ་ངེས་རེད། ང་ཚོའི་གནས་སྐབས་ཀྱི་སྡོད་གནས་ནི་གཡོལ་ཐབས་མེད་པ་ཞིག་རེད། སྲོག་ཆགས་དེ་དག་ནི་ང་ཚོའི་རྨང་གཞིའི་སྟེང་ནས་གསོ་སྐྱོང་དང་ལྟ་རྟོག་བྱས་ནས་ཁོ་ཚོ་རང་བྱུང་གི་ཤི་བ་རེད།
